Admissions criteria

Generally, applications require the following (could vary depending on the programme): - Online application form submitted - An official transcript from each college attended. Any academic credentials not in English must be submitted with a certified verbatim translation into English - TOEFL scores of 79 (internet-based), 213 (computer-based), or 550 (paper-based), or official IELTS scores of 6.5 or higher, or Duolingo score of 105 for non-native English speakers - Full collegiate academic records, excluding secondary school records. As a commitment to students, the College of Arts and Sciences provides career and professional services and resources to maximise the value of the degree. PLAN supports the success of graduate students by offering advice, programmes, and opportunities for online and in-person learning, encouraging self-directed learning, and addressing career, personal, academic, and networking aspects International students are only permitted to work 20 hours per week on campus during the spring and fall semesters, usually in assistantship roles offered by the departments. In summer (June-July), they can work up to 40 hours on campus only According to the 2019 placement data, a total of 1,270 students graduated from the University of Louisville.
