- The scholarship duration corresponds to the specified admission term mentioned in the admission letter. However, the scholarship offer becomes invalid if the recipient declines admission or defers their term.
- These scholarship funds are exclusively allocated to full-time degree courses requiring physical presence on campus. This scholarship does not cover non-degree, part-time, or online programmes or courses.
- To retain the scholarship, students must maintain full-time enrolment, achieve a minimum grade point average (GPA and CGPA) of 3.0 out of 4.0, and progress towards timely degree completion within 4 years.
- The amount may be adjusted if the student's residency status changes while the scholarship is active. However, most merit-based scholarships are determined based on the student's residency in New York State at the time of the scholarship offer.
