Admissions criteria

Eligibility criteria include the following requirements: - Internationally recognised academic degree in any discipline (at least a bachelor’s) with a minimum B+ average in their undergraduate degree - At least three years of postgraduate working experience (For Executive MBA Programmes for Senior Managers and Executives), along with leadership potential, and international experience. - Fluency in English – TOEFL iBT with a minimum score of 95, IELTS Academic score with a minimum of 7 or equivalent - A minimum GMAT score of 600 or an equivalent GRE score is recommended (Mannheim Business School will grant a discount of €200 for a GMAT score of 650 or above, or an equivalent GRE score, in acknowledgement of your performance). - APS for applicants with a first degree from China, Vietnam, or India. - German language course (recommended).

The admissions process

  • Step 1: Ask your referees to complete a Reference Form. Share it along with other required documents to the Admissions Manager.
  • Step 2: First Interview - After your application is approved, appear for the first interview; you will get to introduce yourself and explain your motivation for pursuing an MBA. If shortlisted, prepare a case study to present in the second interview.
  • Step 3: The Second Interview – Review of documents submitted. If you clear this interview, you can enrol yourself for the course.
