Cornell University Cornell Institute for Public Affairs, launched in 2021, focuses on contemporary educational models like the politics and economics of development; global security; data science and technology policy; health policy; environmental and sustainability policy; race, racism, and public policy; and social policy and inequality. The institution harnesses the university’s wide-ranging expertise in public policy teaching, research and engagement. It offers new and expanded undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and professional public policy courses and degrees. Various scholarship and outreach activities help students develop their academic strengths at Cornell, the school’s core areas.
