Originally opened as a branch of Miami University and Ohio State University in 1964, Wright State University became independent in 1967. The university was named after Orville and Wilbur Wright, who were Dayton residents. The university is currently located in Fairborn, Ohio. The university offers bachelor’s, master's, and doctorate degrees in all Engineering and Computer Science specializations. In addition to the main campus, the university has a regional campus near Celina, Ohio, named Wright State University - Lake Campus.

How to Get Admission to Wright State University?
To be admitted to the university, you must have an average cumulative grade point of 2.5. You must have a bachelor’s degree and an English proficiency score to get into graduate courses. Also, you can show your GRE or GMAT scores. Admission at Wright State University varies depending on the fall, spring, and summer semesters. The College of Engineering and computer science accepts a TOEFL score of 71.
