Life at the College of Engineering and Physical Science
Life as a student in the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences is something everyone envies. The on-campus dormitory for students pursuing a master's degree is in Babcock Hill. Although it has single-sex and coed wings, all the rooms in the dorm are single-occupancy, giving the much-needed privacy to the graduate students. Living in the Babcock Hill dormitory has its benefits. Being home to lots of other students pursuing master's degrees in varied fields, the students get to interact and grow their networks while working simultaneously with them.
However, if the students are married or have kids, they can opt to stay in Forest Park. The faculty, however, also lives in the same region, which had created a waiting list for an opportunity to stay. Being located in one of the most prime locations of the city, the commute to the university is no trouble. There are multiple bus services available that the students can use to get to the CEPS.

Admissions criteria
The CEPS offers a master's degree in Chemical Engineering. The admission requirements are slightly different for those who want to enrol in a master's programme and those who want to earn a Professional degree at completion. Here is the list of documents and specific requirements in the list below:
Fill in the application form Those applying for the Master of Engineering and M.S. programmes must have a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and submit their current GRE scores Applicants willing to apply for the M.Eng or M.S. degree must have achieved a minimum of 30 credits during their bachelor's It is mandatory to have advanced fluid mechanics, diffusive mass transfer, heat transfer, advanced chemical engineering kinetics and advanced chemical engineering thermodynamics as their subjects during the bachelor's Additionally, 12 credit points are needed The remaining three credit points apply only to the faculty-supervised projects In the case of the M.S. degree programme, the remaining nine credit points are offered by the elective, and a thesis submitted during the bachelor's accounts for the remaining six credit points Complete the application form and upload all the official transcripts. Provide the recommender's official email address because mail would be sent to them directly to upload the recommendation letter Submit the official GRE/GMAT score
For international students, some additional documents, along with those mentioned above, are requested.
The Students must submit an official TOEFL score report or standardised exam report to the UNH If the student completed their bachelor's from one of the colleges under the University of New Hampshire, the requirement for TOEFL is waived The minimum score requirement for TOEFL iBT is 80 For TOEFL essentials - 8.5 For IELTS - 6.5 For PTE - 59 For Duolingo English Test - 105 International students applying for the master's programme must have a work-eligible visa to be qualified for attending the assistantships
