Admissions criteria

An equivalent Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution is typically expected from international applicants in graduate programmes. Additionally, demonstrating a strong academic record, proficiency in English, relevant experience, and a compelling personal statement are important.

While the College of Law places significant importance on quantifiable indicators of academic achievement (GPA and LSAT scores), the admissions process also takes into account a holistic assessment of each applicant by evaluating numerical metrics, factors such as the rigour of previous academic pursuits, academic distinctions, recommendation letters, and advanced studies.

After completing the online application, other necessary requirements for graduate programme international applicants include:

  • Personal statement/Statement of Purpose (SOP): Required

  • Letter(s) of recommendation from an employer, academic, etc.: 2 letters

  • Undergraduate transcripts (translated into English): Required

  • Education Credentials Assessment (ECA) report: Required

  • Graduate admissions test result (GMAT, GRE, LSAT): Required
