The University of Delaware - College of Earth, Ocean, and Environment is located in Newark, Delaware. It was formed in 2009 by merging the Department of Geography and the College of Marine Studies. Today, its pioneering research on human systems that promote long-term sustainability.

Admissions criteria

Admission requirements are specific to the program. These are a general set of admission requirements is as follows:

• Complete application form
• Official school transcripts
• 3 letters of recommendation
• Application essay mentioning goals, areas of interest, and why you will be a good fit at CEOE.
• Supplemental documents - varies from programme to programme

Internationally-educated students must submit additional requirements to complete a graduate studies application.

• Proof of English proficiency: You must obtain the minimum score in the following exams to be eligible- TOEFL Paper-Based exam:550, TOEFL Internet-Based exam: 79, IELTS: 6.5, Duolingo: 110

• Official school transcripts: International students must provide a credential evaluation from International Education Research Foundation (IERF) only

• F-1 visa and a Certificate of Financial Responsibility that proves you will be able to fund your study and stay
