Terms and Conditions (“rules”):

1. Details of promoter:

   The organiser and sponsor of the Visa Camp initiative (“Campaign”) is Prodigy Finance Ltd (“promoter”).

2. Agreement to rules:

   By submitting your application, you are automatically entered into the Visa Camp Campaign. Your participation confirms that you fully accept and agree to be bound by the campaign’s terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility to participate in Visa Camp:

   Participation is open to individuals who:

   • Are 18 years of age or older as of the date of registration;

   • Are actively applying for or intending to apply for an F1 student visa;

   • Have submitted an application using valid and truthful information;

   • Are not otherwise barred or restricted under any applicable laws or regulations from participating in such programs.

   The promoter reserves the right to verify your eligibility and to refuse or revoke your participation at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of misrepresentation or suspected misuse.

4. How to participate:

   Eligible participants must apply for a student loan through the designated Prodigy Finance platform. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

   Upon successful submission of of your Prodigy Finance student loan application, participants will receive:

   • Free access to the F1 Visa Preparation Video;

   • Access will be delivered via email by 5 June 2025.

5. Campaign period: 

   The campaign commences on Monday, 19 May 2025, and closes on Saturday, 31 May 2025 (“closing date”).

6. Nature of the services – No guarantee of visa approval:

   • Visa Camp is an advisory and informational initiative only. While every effort is made to provide accurate and timely information:

   • Visa Camp does not and cannot guarantee visa approval;

   • All decisions rest solely with visa officers and relevant government authorities;

   • Guidance is general in nature and may not be applicable to every individual’s circumstances;

   • Prodigy Finance accepts no liability for visa decisions or any related outcomes.

7. Intellectual property:

   All content shared through Visa Camp (videos, written materials, branding, communications, etc.) remains the intellectual property of Prodigy Finance or its licensors.

   Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

   Any unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited conduct:

   Participants must not:

   • Violate these rules or any applicable laws;

   • Attempt unauthorized access to Visa Camp systems;

   • Harass or abuse support personnel or other users;

   • Share Visa Prep materials on public or commercial channels.

   Violations may lead to immediate termination of access without prior notice or liability.

9. Disputes

   This Campaign is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between you and the promoter, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the United Kingdom having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

10. Compliance with the rules: 

    The promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the promoter’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such a case, the promoter may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the promoter. The promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the campaign or website or violates these rules. The promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

    By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the promoter and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors, other than for death or personal injury arising from negligence of the promoter, so far as is permitted by law, from any liability, illness, injury, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Campaign and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (iv) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of entries. So far as is permitted by law, the promoter makes no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding any prize, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for the intended purpose.

12. Privacy policy: 

    By registering and participating in the campaign, you agree that your personal information may be collected, stored, processed and shared by the promoter on its business platforms, its affiliates and its third-party survey provider(s) for the purposes of operating this campaign. Any personal data relating to the Participants or any other entrants will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be viewed at https://prodigyfinance.com/privacy-policy, and the survey data gathered will be anonymised, and only used for the purposes of research and improving the customer experience at Prodigy. You are providing your information to Prodigy Finance Limited and not to any other party and the promoter shall not sell, transfer or otherwise share this data with any third party.

13. Publicity

    By accepting the prize, the Participants accept that their names, photographs, voices, images, likeness, address (city/state) may be featured in publicity materials relating to the Promotion, except where prohibited by law. This includes publishing the names and photographs of the Participants on the promoter’s website for a period of 6 months starting on the day they are confirmed as Participants.
