East Carolina University provides a safe and welcoming environment for all students enrolled in its university programmes. The Minors on Campus Regulation, also known as "minors," outlines important guidelines that prioritise the safety of minors. To simplify compliance with this regulation and centralise the approval process for all programmes, camps, clinics, and activities serving minors - whether affiliated with ECU or held on university grounds - the Youth Programmes and Camps Office was established.
