Life at Schmid College of Science and Technology
Chapman University encourages student-athletes to compete in sports on the intercollegiate level. It is also a sponsor of seven club sports programmes that range from men's lacrosse to cheerleading. The institute offers four intramural sports to those not interested in participating on the intercollegiate level. Admissions criteria
Students must meet the below-mentioned criteria and submit the following documents for admission: -Application fee payment -Official transcripts from all degree-awarding universities and colleges attended by the student -The University will evaluate the international student's GPA after receiving the transcripts -Latest resume or CV -Official test scores for the GRE, GMAT, and PCAT -Students with U.S. citizenship who graduated from outside the U.S. where the instructional language is not English must submit English proficiency test scores -Two recommendation letters from relevant sources -Statement of intent explaining the reason for applying to the stated programme -The institute offers financial aid to students with merit and need *(for TOEFL paper-based scores, contact the admission office directly.)
International students must additionally submit the following documents: -English Proficiency Test scores: IELTS (7.0 to 7.3), TOEFL (both internet-based-94 to 102*), PTE 76, and Cambridge C1 Advanced (Level C1). The Institute does not consider Duolingo scores International students must ensure to send the official academic transcripts directly from the degree-awarding institution in the original language and translated into English. The university expects official word-for-word translations.
