Since 1928, Wichita State University (WSU) College of Engineering has consistently provided academic excellence and intellectual prowess to its engineering and computing students. The College of Engineering helps international students get involved in multiple ways through its student organisations. These organisations provide great opportunities to develop valuable leadership, management, and organisational skills. Besides the professional development benefits, joining a student club is a fantastic way to meet new people and make friends. The campus hosts over 350 annual on-campus events high-spirited athletics, and encourages interaction with people from diverse cultures for international students to have a well-rounded campus experience.
Graduate students can reside in the three campus facilities, including residence halls, suites, and flats. These accommodations are complete communities with lounges, study rooms, laundry, game rooms, and plenty of relaxing places. Meanwhile, the WSU Off-Campus Housing Marketplace provides a centralised location to search for off-campus accommodations available around the campus and also helps students match with a roommate.
The campus offers a splendid variety of meal plans in its several different dining locations, including cafes, eateries, and coffee shops across the premises.
The on-campus recreational centre offers many competitive sports options, including intramural athletics, club sports, aquatics, and an Esports hub. At the same time, the YMCA Wellness Centre features basketball and volleyball courts, cardio and weight equipment, fitness classes, and drop-in daycare.
Students can access paid parking at the campus and avail of the free WSU Shuttle System services for easy commute.

Admissions criteria
All international applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution or its equivalent from another country to meet the eligibility criteria for applying to graduate programmes at the College of Engineering. Further, applicants must complete the online application and prepare the supporting documents.
