Life at the College of Business
Life at the College of Business is full of involvement. The staff coordinates, supports, and counsels various student organisations, such as 7220 entertainment and student organisations, to name a few. The office staff guides and encourages over 300 student organisations by supporting them with scheduling programmes, developing leadership skills, and marketing services. Students can look at The Student Orgs and Entertainment Office to understand the programmes and the process of getting involved in campus activities. The entertainment committee organises events at the University of Wyoming Campus by selecting artists, acts, planning, and promoting them to students and the Laramie community. Student organisations bring life to the college by helping students participate in a national competition or benefit the UW community. Students who participate in the various activities through these organisations benefit by developing networks and in-depth friendships. It helps them to perform better in their studies and enhances their overall personality.
Additional Benefits of Studying at the College of Business
Another unique activity the Campus Recreation department offers is the massage chair, available strictly on reservations and for a limited time. The Relax Space Wellness Pod helps students rejuvenate and avail themselves of programmes that include guided breathing and meditation while viewing natural landscapes or cityscapes across the globe. Other fun-filled activities include outdoor programmes that include Backcountry Cooking Clinics, Bike Maintenance Clinics, Day Hike, Fly Fishing, Horsemanship, and an Indoor Lead Climbing Clinic, to name a few. In addition to the above, Campus Recreation hosts an array of thrilling programmes, such as Aquatics, that allow students to enjoy the pool. Admissions criteria
Students must meet and submit the following requirements for admission: -Graduate application. -Pay the non-refundable application fee -Submit official transcripts directly from all previous collegiate institutions -A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution -GPA score: minimum 3 on a scale of 4 -Standardised examination scores (if requested) -GRE scores to be sent directly to the UW Admissions Office (if requested) -Letter of Recommendation
For International Students International students must submit certified and attested copies of transcripts and the following additional documents: -Office proof of English proficiency by submitting TOEFL (540 or 76 minimum for iBT) or IELTS (6.5 minimum), Duolingo (110), and Cambridge English B2 First, C1 Advanced, or C2 Proficiency (176 minimum) -Proof of Financial Support -Copy of Passport -School's immigration coordinator's information to the University of Wyoming College of Business office -Students with family need to fill out a Family Information form For information on fees and tuition, please visit the university website.
