Some factors students often consider while choosing their residence halls include- convenience, amenities, location, academic, and residential communities. The institute takes care of all the nutritional needs of the students and makes its best efforts to meet the specific demands. There are multiple meal plans available for residential students as well as for those living off-campus. The students must choose their residential meal plan while registering for the residence halls. However, if they decide to change their meal plan, they can do so anytime in between.

The college also has provisions for providing catering services exclusively for the students of the university. The University Catering is a full-service catering company that handles all the food requirements during any event. The catering service works sustainably, making the business as environmentally friendly as possible.

Additional benefits of studying at College of Arts and Sciences

When living on campus, the students are encouraged to find people of common interests and join a community. It helps build a sense of self and foster higher values like inclusivity, diversity, leadership, etc. Two types of communities are available on campus– the Academic Residential Communities and the Residential Communities.

The Academic Residential communities are for those who love to learn and grow with students sharing the same passions, interests and identities. Students who are a part of the ARCs often take various classes together and connect with the professors and advisors who help and support them academically and socially. In most cases, people who love to be a part of these groups reside in buildings with special spaces dedicated to design studios, music rooms and maker spaces.

Residential communities are different groups of people sharing similar interests and passions outside academics. They often conduct various events, making college life fun and vibrant.
