The University of Central Florida housing offers diverse shared suite and apartment-style floor plans with 24/7 staff support, furnished rooms, inclusive utilities, Wi-Fi, individual leases, and prime locations. First-year students get priority on the main campus, while housing at Rosen College Apartments is open to all student classifications. The University of Central Florida Student Neighbourhood Relations Programme promotes satisfying off-campus living experiences for students and property owners. The programme is dedicated to helping students find housing options, educate them about tenant rights, and encourage adherence to The University of Central Florida Golden Rule. The Student Union serves as the focal point of UCF's Orlando Campus. Admissions criteria

Generally, to secure an admission at the University of Central Florida - College of Sciences, applications are required to meet the following criteria: - US bachelor's degree or equivalent from a foreign institution recognised by UCF - A minimum GPA of 3.0 - Applicants must upload official transcripts for each degree to their status portal. Unofficial transcripts are not accepted. - International students cannot submit electronic documents to the university. Only official mail and hand-delivered documents are accepted. Official transcripts require an original seal or signature from the school's registrar or another appropriate official. - Besides standard requirements, some programmes may necessitate an external course-by-course evaluation with a GPA calculation.
