At the College of Engineering and Computer Science at UCF, students have numerous opportunities for engagement inside and outside the classroom. As part of one of the largest universities in the nation, international students can actively participate in the vibrant campus life that the college provides. Students can be part of the Student Union, often called the “Heart of Campus.”

UCF Housing offers a range of shared suite and apartment-style floor plans, providing 24-hour staff support, furnished rooms, all-inclusive utilities, Wi-Fi, individual leases, and convenient locations. Students can also opt for Living Learning Communities, where they reside with peers with common interests or academic programmes. On-campus housing options include The Towers apartments and Rosen College Apartments. UCF also offers off-campus housing like NorthView, managed by UCF.

Students also get various dining options at UCF. Meal plans cater to both on-campus and off-campus residents. The campus has multiple dining establishments, including Chick-fil-A, Knightro’s, Chili’s, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Huey Magoo’s, Gringos Locos, Starbucks, and more. UCF Dining Memberships are also available for students, that offer flexibility and convenience. For transportation, UCF Parking and Transportation Services operates daily express shuttles between the UCF main campus’ Lynx Transit Center and UCF Downtown, facilitating easy commuting for students.

The university also prioritises The RWC Fitness Programme, which offers fitness assessments, group exercise classes, personal training, and various fitness programmes to support students’ well-being and health.

Admissions criteria

Applicants must submit a few documents to complete the application form. Generally, applications need to meet the following criteria to secure a seat at the University of Central Florida - College of Engineering and Computer Science.
