Admissions criteria
To be considered for admission to San Diego State University (SDSU) as a graduate student, U.S. applicants must meet specific criteria outlined in the University Catalog and the requirements set by individual graduate programmes. These criteria include:
Acceptable Baccalaureate Degree: Applicants must hold an acceptable baccalaureate degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association. This degree should be earned before the start of the enrollment term.
Three-Year Baccalaureate Degrees: SDSU also considers applicants with three-year baccalaureate degrees from international institutions for admission.
Applicants who have completed a three-year baccalaureate degree from an international institution may be considered for admission.
