You will have access to expert supervision and world-class facilities, including four software and two hardware laboratories, Interaction Labs, a Real Time Systems Lab, a Robotics Laboratory and a darkroom laboratory which enables us to conduct experiments in controlled illumination conditions.

Admission Requirements
Admission requirements
You will need to provide an official copy of your university transcript / certificate of results (including an official English translation where relevant)
Most degrees at York will require you to have the equivalent of a UK 2:1 Bachelors degree
Some programmes will also accept the equivalent of a UK 2:2 Bachelors degree
CV or resume: recommended if you have relevant professional experience. 1- 2 pages.
Recommendation letters: not required
GMAT / GRE test: not required
Language tests:
Required for all applicants from non-majority English-speaking countries
Accepted tests include Academic IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo and PTE Academic.
Can be submitted at a later date (not required as part of the original application)
Scores required will depend on which Masters degree you apply for

Scholarships
The University of York offers a range of scholarships to international students, with an average award value of £5,000 tuition fee discount.
You will need to have received an offer of admission from the University before you can be eligible to apply for a scholarship award.
The majority of our scholarships are announced between October - February each year, with most deadlines around March - April.
