Scholarships for international students at Portland State University
PSU offers various scholarships to international students:
- The International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) provides F-1 international students with a fee remission of $3,250 per term.
- The International Student Retention Scholarship (ISRS) offers a $1,500 fee remission to recipients who demonstrate financial need and have clear academic and professional goals for a maximum of 6 terms during fall, winter, and spring.
- The Keith Morden Memorial Scholarship is only available to eligible graduating seniors during their final term at PSU, and the award amount varies.
- Newly admitted undergraduate international students may qualify for the International Achievement Scholarship (IAS) based on their academic performance.
- Academic departments, special committees, and PSU's Office of Student Financial Services also offer scholarships to international students based on academic excellence, leadership skills, and financial need.
