Admissions criteria
The College of Business offers various postgraduate programmes such as full-time International MBA, Healthcare MBA, Professional MBA Online, Master of Accounting, Online Master of Science in Finance, etc. There are some general guidelines and prerequisites that students need to follow while applying to a specific programme. Some courses have additional admission criteria and prerequisites that you must fulfil in order to be eligible for admission to that specific course. Students can visit the school's website to get detailed information about their choice of programme.
Generally, the students need to follow these guidelines for application:
- Submit an online application
- Resume
- Statement of purpose
- Official transcripts. If the transcripts are not in English, then students must provide the original-language copies of all transcripts and diplomas along with translations from a recognised translation agency or a certified translator
- Proof of undergraduate degree. If you are yet to receive your degree, you will need to send an official letter by your advisor or programme leadership detailing your major and expected graduation date
- Applicants from non-English speaking countries need to submit English proficiency test results. The acceptable scores are Duolingo (minimum score is 110), TOEFL (minimum scores include 550 paper-based, 213 computer-based, and 80 internet-based), and IELTS (minimum score is 6.5)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA Some programmes, such as full-time international MBA, may also require students to submit GMAT/GRE scores
- Some programmes may also require recommendations letters
- Proof of Florida residency or U.S. Citizenship as applicable
