You've already paid to get there. We'll start by giving that back.
You've paid your enrolment deposit - real money, out of the family account. We've built a way to recover it through your Prodigy Finance loan.

Deposits land at the worst possible moment
It's due before your loan funds reach your school, before you've set up a local bank account, often before you've caught your breath after your admission offer.
So you pay it - because you have to. You're now cash-lighter than before, more committed than ever, and still sorting out your funding. That money tends to be written off as part of the process.
Most students don't realise there's a way to get it back. There is.
The details, upfront
This is a reimbursement, not an advance. We don't pay the deposit on your behalf before your loan is in place - we help you recover what you've already paid.
USD $1,000 - the minimum loan increase you can request to cover a deposit
50% - the cap on the reimbursable amount, as a share of your tuition cost*
Approval - subject to the standard eligibility and credit criteria that apply to your loan
Who can request it
The deposit refund is available to students who meet the following:
Have already paid an enrolment deposit to their university
Have a loan that includes a living expenses component
Meet our standard eligibility and credit criteria for their loan
You've already made the commitment.
Now make your funding account for it. Include the deposit refund in your application from the start.
