Established in 1932, Boise State University is a public research university that offers over 100 graduate and PhD programmes through its colleges, including the College of Business and Economics (COBE) and the Colleges of Engineering, Arts & Sciences, and Education.
COBE is among less than 6% of business schools worldwide to have earned the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International accreditation, specifically for business and accountancy programmes.

The Off-Campus Marketplace at Boise State University aids international students in their search for apartments nearby. The University also hosts an off-campus housing fair for students. The average rent for off-campus accommodations can range between $600 and $3,000.
Students can choose from various meal plans. A unique feature includes free food for students with the BEAM app, which sends notifications when a catered event on campus has leftover food. You can then go to the designated location to pick up the free food.
Recreational facilities include a sand volleyball, basketball, BBQ Grills, and more.
The campus offers parking facilities and endorses eco-friendly transportation options. Students can also enjoy complimentary access to shuttles and city buses.

The COBE building is a live learning lab wherein students create novel educational projects and build a knowledge hub on business workflows. Students can access an Innovation Hub offering adaptable, open layout and team-oriented breakout spaces: the Anti-Complacency Room, Reverse Thinking Room, and the Aha Room. These specially designed spaces ignite innovative approaches to thinking and problem-solving.

The career centre helps craft resumes, hone interview skills, and orchestrate on-campus recruitment gatherings of professionals.
