Admissions criteria
The admission process at the University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign’s College of Law includes the following steps: Applicants must register with the Law School Admissions Council (LSAC) to submit their applications Applicants are required to undergo the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) and submit a valid LSAT score Resume Applicants are required to submit two letters of recommendation Character and Fitness Certificate Statement of Purpose Certified Transcripts and Credentials TOEFL or IELTS score reported from ETS or IELTS There are no application fees Applicants whose native language is not English and who have not completed the required Undergraduate Degree at an English-speaking institution must additionally submit: Test scores in English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
