PLU strongly recommends new students to reside on campus in its 8 residence halls. Special check-in dates are provided for international students to accommodate their unique settling in challenges and required attendance at International Student Orientation.

During breaks, while most residence halls close, two halls remain open for international students who can't travel home, ensuring their comfort and convenience. PLU's commitment to international students' housing needs ensures a smooth transition and supportive living environment.

On-campus hospitality services and restaurants at the college include The Commons dining facility, Old Main Market convenience store, Kelley Cafe, The Lute Café, and University Catering. The dedicated staff is committed to offering nutritionally balanced meals, practicing integrity in hospitality, and promoting sustainable initiatives. The main cafeteria, The Commons, provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while additional coffee stands and snack options are available across campus. Admissions criteria

The common admission requirements for all programmes at Pacific Lutheran University - College of Professional Studies include:
