Prodigy Finance acts as a lender, a consumer credit broker and administers loans on behalf of MBA Community Loans plc (a public limited company with limited liability incorporated under the Companies Act 1963 (as amended) of Ireland with number 486917), through which the Lenders invest in the loans we make.
Prodigy Finance only collects personal information relevant to the granting of the loan. The university may then contact you independently of Prodigy Finance to communicate your arrears or default and request repayment of the loan to Prodigy Finance.
