Life at the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences

The Student Center at Harvard Griffin GSAS offers social, intellectual, and recreational activities to help students form lifelong relationships with fellow students and faculty. The Center Squad supports operations at Lehman Hall, oversees the Engage - student activities portal, advises the Student Council, and manages the Student Fellows. The school supports Student Groups and Language Tables and coordinates events for families At Harvard Griffin GSAS students have numerous opportunities to engage with one another around shared interests and to develop leadership skills through its GSAS Student Council (GSC). The GSC awards grants for research and travel, funds student groups and organisations, and sponsors student-led mini-courses. Student Groups gather around topics ranging from cultures, sports, and hobbies to community service and advocacy. The Student Center at Harvard Griffin GSAS Language Tables are student-run spaces where Harvard Griffin GSAS Students and Harvard community members get together to practise languages.

Admissions criteria

Before applying for admission in any graduate course in Harvard Griffin GSAS, students must prepare and plan well, as in the United States, application requirements can vary greatly from one institution to another.
